Aliste's smart sub-meters let property owners bill tenants for individual-room or common-area electricity usage automatically: tenants recharge a prepaid wallet using the recharge option built into the Aliste app, and owners get real-time usage dashboards without any upfront hardware cost. Aliste also offers postpaid smart metering, a smart home automation subscription (from ₹2/day) that adds WiFi control to existing appliances, and smart locks.
