Can I manage more than one property from a single account?
Yes. The dashboard is built for portfolios - filter and drill into any property you own or manage from one login, with collections, occupancy and payouts rolled up across all of them.
Can I add or remove tenants myself, or does Aliste do it for me?
You can add, remove or reassign a tenant to any room yourself, directly in the Users tab. Changes apply instantly - no support ticket required.
How "live" is the data - is it a report or an actual real-time feed?
It's a real-time feed from each room's smart meter. Occupancy, balance and room power state update as they happen, not on a delayed daily or monthly report.
Can I turn a room's power on or off remotely, and is that safe to do?
Yes. Remote power control is permission-gated to your team, and every single action - who did it, when, and why (manually, by automation, or due to low balance) - is logged to a full audit trail.
Can I give my staff limited access instead of full owner-level control?
Yes. Access is role and permission based, so you can grant a manager scoped abilities - like room power control - without handing over financial actions like balance resets.
